Atithivishram - Hotel PMS

Atithivishram is a cloud-based Property Management System and channel manager for hotels — the operating system a front desk runs its day on, from booking to checkout.

The core

• Reservations & front desk: bookings, check-in / check-out, guest folios, and billing.
• Inventory engine: room availability and rates managed transactionally under row-level locks.
• Housekeeping: room-status workflows driven from a React Native staff app.
• Reporting: occupancy, revenue, and daily operations at a glance.

Channel manager

Bidirectional sync with OTAs — Booking.com, Expedia, and Airbnb — pushing availability and rates out and ingesting reservations in. The row-locked inventory engine makes overbooking impossible, even when several channels sell the last room at once.

Impact: deployed as the PMS for 6 hotels.
