Patashale - School ERP

Patashale is a multi-tenant SaaS school ERP built for Indian K–12 and college campuses. It replaces the scatter of paper registers, WhatsApp groups, and aging desktop software with one platform that runs the whole institution — from the timetable to the fee receipt.

What it handles

• Academics: academic years, grades, sections, subjects, timetable, exams, marksheets, and report cards.
• People & Access: students, guardians, and staff under role-based access mapped across each campus.
• Finance: fee structures, invoicing, online collection, expenses, and payroll.
• Communication: circulars and parent ↔ teacher chat over WhatsApp, SMS, push, and email.
• Compliance: DPDP-native data handling with audit trails built in from day one.

Three surfaces, one system

A staff platform for principals, teachers, and accountants; a low-bandwidth portal for parents and students; and an offline-first React Native app that takes attendance even without a signal.
